To better meet the needs of our customers, service techs are equipped with wireless tablet computers, cellular phones and cameras. Our GPS system enables the tech to utilize graphic displays of real-time traffic and automatic best choice routing. This allows for more effective response to emergencies and last-minute changes due to weather or other factors. With hundreds of contract customers and a workload that ranges into thousands of hours of service work, it is imperative that the Service Manager has the capability to provide field technicians with instant data access.
